At Look Home Inspections Ltd., we provide clients with both pre-purchase and pre-listing inspection services. In general, inspections take no longer than three hours to complete. We encourage our clients to be present during the inspection, if possible.

For the Buyer, a pre-purchase inspection gives you a “heads up” on the condition and safety of a home’s major interior and exterior components [Home Gauge Inspection Report]. You’ll know when or if any major upgrades or repairs will be required before you decide to buy.

For the Seller, a pre-listing inspection gives you a competitive advantage by knowing what areas of your home may require repair [Home Gauge Inspection Report]. You may choose or choose not to make the repairs, and adjust your price accordingly. Either way, information like this is key to selling your home quickly and with fewer hassles.

The Inspection Report provided through [HomeGauge.com] is state-of-the-art. It allows our inspectors to document their findings electronically, inserting colour photos and detailed descriptions of problem areas. This process lowers our costs and allows us to pass savings on to you.
